THE VALLEY BOULEVARD

Looking to address the need for commercial space and entertainment venues, the project includes approx. 11,000 SQM of leasable area, parking, a roof garden, and a shaded market area that can double as an area for community events. Drawing on the principle of an auditorium, Sanad Engineering envisioned a building with two characters: the courtyard stage has space for play, performance, markets and music, and is encircled by two tiers of onlooking congregations in the form of high value retail attractions, and terraced seating.
