BUDAIYA VILLAS 01

Whilst providing master planning and design consultancy services, the challenge was to create a residential neighbourhood consisting of seventeen independent, luxury villas.  The facades are designed each with a unique proportion and treatment, giving the homeowners a sense of independence from the similar villas, yet contributing to the wholeness of the project. The character of each villa breaks the monotony other conventional projects have unintentionally acquired whilst enhancing the dialogue between nearby villas.
