ADLIYA ACCESS

Sanad Engineering completed the design of Adliya Access, a 10-storey residential building offering affordable 1-2 bedroom flats in the heart of Adliya. Sanad Engineering aimed to present a building with individuality and functionality for its residents. Six unique apartment type combine to form distinct, private spaces connected with entertainment rooms and business facilities. Carving away from the building, the rooftop canopy offers a shade to the terraces and outdoor areas, and intended to serve as an architectural crown to the building.
